Les Heures Claires is furnished to a high standard and has full central heating for the colder months. It is south facing so it catches the maximum sun all year round. Only 8km to the southeast is the market town of Melle, which has a fine selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hallway leading to a large lounge/dining room which has a dining table, oak three-piece suite, satellite TV with video/dvd player, two ceiling fanlights and a fire place. On the right of the entrance hall is a large modern bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet, basin and washing machine. Alongside the stairs there is also another toilet/cloak-room with hand basin. The modern oak fitted kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, kettle, fridge freezer, and oven, as well as all every-day cooking utensils.

The first floor accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities (one with king size bed), and two twin bedrooms. A cot and small child's bed are also available.

At the front of the house is a totally enclosed walled garden that can be accessed through doors leading from the lounge, hallway or kitchen. Garden furniture, sun beds and a barbeque are all provided and there is an open barn for outdoor eating.

The 7.5 X 4 metre, solar heated pool has recently been built and provides the centre point for relaxation in this perfect setting. A gate leads from the walled garden around the pool into the adjoining half acre gardens - ideal for energetic ball games.

In addition there is a separate barn used as an indoor games area with table tennis, snooker, darts and table football.

There is also another barn where up to four cars can be parked undercover.

Internet access and a computer are included in the rental.

New for 2011, adults and children's bicycles are available, including reflective jackets and helmets.
